I rented an apt. at 800 N. Atlantic Ave Daytona beach. I asked many times about noise problems because I work early in the morning & have to get to bed early. She kept telling me what I wanted to hear but that was a lie. She asked a neighbor in front of me about noise levels & he said he had no problems. After I moved in found out he was hard of hearing. Michelle is very organized and stays on top of anything having to do with our property. She worked at keeping all advertising updated and our property rented. She made herself available for questions and is always professional in her handling of people.

Ms. Cecchini did a fabulous job for our family in our search for a home. She was patient and understanding as we searched for a home that we could afford and one that we believed would fit our unique needs. She was able to negotiate an excellent deal for us and made sure we were kept in the loop as to the ongoing transaction. Michelle worked hard and sold my mother's home in 2008 when the economy was terrible. We contacted her again last year, in 2014 to purchase a home in Ormond Beach. She handled everything for us and was in touch daily. We live in central Illinois and thought it would be difficult being out if state, but Michelle took care of all the details for us. We sincerely appreciate her efforts.

I've had more than my share of bad landlords/property managers but Michelle Cecchini was the best I've had yet. I moved to Volusia County with my wife and 2 kids for a travel therapy position and needed a place to rent in a short amount of time.
