I contacted Michelle because I was interested in renting the property located at 800 N Altantic Ave, she stayed to talk to the owner and give me a position. She did not return me, when I asked if she had already spoken to the owner she simply answered NO without any extra information. I do not recommend her.

Thank you for your review Vincenzo. The reason I did not contact the owner about your proposal to rent his unit is because I was protecting the interest of my customer/owner. What you proposed to do by renting the unit for a one year term and then subleasing it on a short term basis using airbnb is: 1) A huge liability to my owner in terms of insurance & liabilities. 2) If you do not own the unit you must have a real estate license to do rentals. 3) I had a conversation with the Condo Association President and they would not... read more
Michelle, has managed a rental home for me in Ormond Beach for a number of years. She has taken the headache and worry out of this endeavor. Michelle is responsive and offers help and suggestions when any work needs to be done. She maintains the relationship with the renters and communicates with me when needed. Michelle is excellent to work with always providing great advice. She is very knowledgeable about the area. She is always quick to respond, and extremely helpful. I highly recommed utilizing Michelle and her staff.
Michelle kept me informed of the interest and activity on the listing of my condominium until it was sold. I received an offer to purchase more quickly than anticipated. There were challenges that arose with approval of the potential purchaser and closing. She handled those challenges quickly and professionally and we closed the sale 3 weeks after receipt of the offer to purchase! I anticipate listing another property with Michelle over the next month!
For the past several years Michelle has been my property manager for a unit in the Castaways. She has done an excellent job for me and always communicates in a timely fashion. She has also managed two properties for my mother in law with excellent results. Most recently Chelle Realty listed and sold one of these units.
