Love CK for Sunday brunch- it's a solid spot. Food is great, drinks are great. Things went slowly and we weren't checked on very often by our waitress- who was very nice but frazzled. Seems to be the case the last few times we've been. Otherwise would be been 5 stars easily.
My absolute favorite place to dine in the Des Moines area. The food is excellent, service is top notch and the owners have great hearts.
I love the food. Tonight waitress was too busy to check on us, fill water glasses etc. It took 40 minutes to get our meal which is unacceptable and the waitress didn't stop by our table once to offer excuses, apologies, encouragement, etc!! I love this place but probably won't be back on a weekend again for sure!!!
The "All Italian" pizza was an incredible surprise..the flavor of the toppings with the kick of lettuce and Italian dressing proves creativity will keep customers..thank you for the great dinner
Hands down, best steak deburgo in des moines, or anywhere for that matter. Love the place to no end. Best service, cozy atmosphere, and real food. No more chains for us.
One of the best, yet least known restaurants in town! Everything has tons of flavor, and if you get there early enough, free home made chocolate chip cookies! No pasta dish I have ever tried compared to their tortellini (which is sadly no longer on the menu)...
