We got a simple 1/4 sheet cake for my daughters 2nd birthday party. Strawberry cake with cheesecake filling. This is the second order we placed with Chef Sugar, the first were cupcakes for her 1st birthday. OMG! Amazing! The cupcakes were good last year, delicious!!! This years sheet cake was even better! Every cake will from now on come from here. Great staff, fantastic service!!! Thank you Chef Sugar for being the highlight of my daughters birthday parties the last two years! Thank you!!

I have used Chef Sugar to create custom cakes and they always turn out better than I imagined. I also love the cupcakes and cake pops for a quick treat.
I went in an hour before my daughter's birthday party and purchased a dozen of the root beer float cupcakes. I had never tried Chef Sugar's before and thought, "why not"!! I was pleasantly surprised that the cupcakes were very moist and just bursting with flavor! All the kids liked them! I also purchased a dozen of the Parisian macarons (chocolate, red velvet, raspberry, and lavender) which were to die for! My husband is French and had nothing but great things to say about them! Delicious cupcakes... However- when someone comes in and buys let's say 18 cupcakes and starts to discuss working a deal for a company and needing 800 cupcakes... You'd think they would waive the $5 minimum when a customer who just purchased 18 cupcakes needs one more. Good business would have granted a freebie and continue to discuss the possibility of satisfying the sweet tooth of 800 hard working people and giving the business quite the pay day and lots of exposure. Sad situation since the cupcakes are very good.

I'm sorry to hear that you were so displeased by the $5 minimum charge on credit card transactions. We absolutely love Chef Sugar's! We first encountered their cakes when our pastry chef backed out of making our wedding cake a week and a half before our wedding. We brought our design to chef sugar's, picked a couple of flavors and they fulfilled our dream cake! It was absolutely delicious!!! Went in to order a cake. They act like you are wasting their time. They are not very friendly at ALL. They don't really want to help either. I read the reviews before going in and thought everyone at least deserves a chance but I found out the reviews are true. It's a waste of time walking in there.
