I bought 5 different flavors of Macaroons. Was disappointed in the taste.

The cupcake are wonderful! The best I have ever had. The customer service on the other hand not the best. The young blonde lady was more interested in her computer or phone then helping me. I have never been there before so I was asking questions and got one word answers back (not much help). As soon as I paid she walked away back to her phone/computer (I really couldnt see it) and didn't say good bye or thanks for stopping in...nothing. cupcakes I give a 5 the girl I give a three out of generosity. I'm sorry. I have tried and tried to fix this issue. I personally can't be here 24/7 like I used to...I simply got burned out, so I have to depend on my employees and it's hard to find cheery/hardworking people. Today's workers are prone to giving the minimum and spending much of their time on their phones. I will continue to speak to my girls and continue to correct this but when I'm not around to monitor them, unfortunately sometimes they get lazy and for that I apologize. Chef Sugar's cupcakes are amazing in texture, the flavor combinations are so delicious and their decoration is sophisticated and beautiful. Best cupcakes in Colorado Spring!!!!
The cupcakes were very delicious. The lady at the counter didn't look very happy. She either hates her job or had a very long day. We'll definitely be back though.
Ok popped in at lunch for much needed treat. Ladies were friendly helpful and gave me a great recommendation. I got the teramesu cupcake, best of my life...no joke. Moist, decadent and perfect. I savored that bad boy for an hour. The guys at work made fun of the look of exctacy on my face! Y'all nailed it. I will highly recommend you to everyone.

Just had the worst experience with Chef Sugar. The person I spoke to on the phone (Heidi) did not even take a moment to talk to me about pricing. She immediately referred me to the website - which I was on and had MORE questions. As a person who was ready to give her some business - you'd think she'd be open to talking to possible customers! Hopefully, your current customer load will keep your lights on!!!! GO ELSEWHERE!

Actually I was trying to explain the base pricing to you and get some information on what you wanted specifically so I could give you more realistic pricing based on your actual design needs. I offered that the base pricing on the website is a starting point but if you could email or visit the shop with a picture then I could give more specific pricing to you.
