We love the Cheese Haven. We live in Cleveland and take at least 2 trips a year to the Cheese Haven. We have found a few other places we go to now, but our main destination on our trips is the Cheese Haven. I not only love the cheese but the candy and wine sections are great too.

Love this store! I stop in to get my family's "fix" of cheese whenever I happen to be in the area of Port Clinton. Such a fun store and the cheese is beyond amazing!!
My bf and I have tried multiple times to visit this place. Every time we go, they are always closed. I never knew a business could be ran correctly while being closed all the time. Also, never knew we had to call to make sure they are open. We only live a hour away but it's just the point that whenever we decide to go there I have to research if they are even open. Never thought I'd have to be on their fb page to know their hours...

Courtney, I'm sorry you keep missing us, but we are a seasonal business. Our hours can change depending on the time of year you're coming to the area. Our whole area has reduced hours when out of season. KFC and Long John Silver closes here sometime after Labor Day. Again, we are sorry you missed us. We stopped in on the way home from Cedar Point. Great place. The kids loved the taffy section and my wife and I enjoyed all of the unique cheeses. I thought it was cool that there were plenty of samples out for us to try as well! Staff was great, my only regret is not buying a t-shirt. Cheese Haven instantly became a New family tradition today!
