The food was great, but unfortunately our server lacked in many areas so hopefully I'll get a better one next time.... As I've read other reviews I see that this is not an isolated incident. The management might need to review the current wait staff and make adjustments accordingly. �
Usually such good service at the Bristol's Cheddar's. Today our waiter took our order, and that's the last we saw of him until we were completely finished eating. Not even a glimpse...he did not even come to our section all that time. Mom needed more BBQ sauce which she didn't even have an opportunity to ask for, and luckily Mom doesn't drink a lot of her water, so I refilled mine out of her glass halfway thru the meal. Came there yesterday with my grandmother. I normally love cheddars. I ordered a steak with a salad and green beans. Salad came, perfect 🏻. Rest came and there’s a long white hair mixed in my green beans and onto my steak.. so I told the waitress she apologized okay no biggie. Most restaurants would give a discount for the inconvenience or take the meal off completely. This one? NOPE after waiting on my replacement food having to watch my grandma eat hers, really sucked. Loved the 12oz ribeye and fried shrimp for $18.99. Tall frosty beers on draft for 5&6$. Good service and ambiance.
Go here often but not a fan anymore. Ordered a virgin drink (I’m 18 and like the drinks) said I had to have an ID and be 21, not a big deal except they’ve done it before. And what is the point of a virgin drink if you’re old enough to drink lol So I got a strawberry lemonade which was literally strawberry water so got a sprite. Asked for croissants 3 times and never got them.. not one to complain but this was ridiculous. This is only a few of the things that was an issue
Our waitress was great and the food was great
Although I prefer dining in, today, my family had me order takeout. I was so impressed with the effort the nice lady at the bar took to verify the order was complete. A really pleasant hostess also opened the doors for me as I left. The food and courtesy were excellent!
If we could just duplicate Brandon, that would be awesome! � We knew as soon as he introduced himself, we were going to like him & he didn’t disappoint. You all better hang onto him! Great food, great service at this location.
I have eaten in Bristol several times and love the food, however we took my husband out for his birthday last night and told them we had to have a table instead of a booth, they advised it would be 20 min or so, we waited for an hour before we finally gave up and went somewhere else!
