Love this place. We always eat in the bar & Ryan, our usual bartender/waiter is great. Really friendly, attentive & focused on customer service. And, the food is outstanding.
I decided to get take out for the first time from here and it will be the very last. Even thou the gentleman at the bar was checking my order I didn't get my toppings for my loaded baked potato and shrimp tasted like someone poured hot sauce all over it! Its the first time ever trying the specific location and it will be the last i have gone take out from the one in kingsport and johnson city for that matter and it was finaminal! But I spent almost $40 on take out and was highly upset i do not recommend take out from here.
Took my son out for his birthday with family and the food was wonderful. Our waitress was also wonderful to because she didn’t only take care of our food and drinks but she also returned my bank card to there office when I left it there and I realized it was missing 5 days later. Thanks Olivia D. For being honest!!!!!! You will enjoy your next tip from my family
Very rude and waited for a hour on our food. After asking to have it checked on she got hateful and we walked out. Will never eat here again!!!
This was the worst experience! We ordered a key west chicken, bacon cheeseburger with fries. My chicken AND my shrimp were both cold and my husbands fries were cold and stale. The only thing worth eating was his burger and my mashed potatoes. We even struggled to get refills on our drinks. We were VERY disappointed!!!
After a long hard day I figured we’d go have some dinner here last night. Having been a rough day I managed to forget my wallet at home but did have my card number and security code available. The waitress who was great said she would see if the manager would let her just type in the number because they could do that but he decided it would be better for my infant daughter and girlfriend to wait seated in the restaurant for 30 minutes while I went home to get the card. We didn't get our whole order to go and found a chopped up band aid in our food. Had good experiences before but not going back.
I have been wanting to try Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for what seems like forever but unfortunately we don't have any near where we live so I was so excited to discover this one right up the street from the hotel we were staying in.
