The bourbon glazed salmon is amazing
This place sucks. The wait staff took 15 minutes to get to table after bus boy went and got her. She took our order and it took 30 minutes to get. Then the order was wrong. She acted like it was not her fault. She would not bring drinks unless asked for. She did bring take out book and cup, had to have other waitress do it. This place is not kid friendly placed in back and forgot about it.
It was great 1st time at this Cheddars chicken and shrimp was great will be back
Sweet tea was not sweet. Ordered chicken pot pie after 15 mins was told it would be another 30 mins. Not the waitress fault, the kitchen didn’t tell her. Ordered cheeseburger to replace the pot pie, supposed to be medium well. Came out still mooing and dripping blood. Do you know how unappetizing that is???? Tonight we decided to go to chaddars at exit 7. We enjoy their food typically. Tonight was the worst experience I have EVER had in a restaurant, to the point we got up and walked out after they set our food on the table. When we arrived we were seated. Sat at our table about 15 minutes before greeted. The server came over and and if we had been waiting long, we told her no it was okay. She seemed frantic and had a drink and salad in her hand. Brian should not be in a management position. as a manager you support your employees not talk about them to customers.
Food was good but it was so hot inside couldn't enjoy it.
It was the best experience that I have had at a Restaurant in a long time! The previous time before that, was also at the same Cheddar's. Polite, efficient, service, and the food was absolutely the best!! Phyllis
