Wow! Horrible Service!!! Drinks came after appetizer, no refills the entire time, passed out table up at least 4 times and never stopped. This place is a joke! Go somewhere else and spend your money!
Cheddar's used to be my favorite place to eat and it it becoming my least favorite. It took 20 mintes for us to be seated. Our food took forever to come out. The waitress seemed to be very forgetful when we asked for things. We had to get our own extra napkins. We broke the checks up, which she kept doing wrong and had to redo the checks three times. Then when everyone paid she attempted to keep everyone's change.
Our sever Mike was fantastic! Keep that young man around he is good for the business. Everything was great!
My daughter and I were so disappointed, as a matter of fact I brought home her food also. She ordered a vegetable plate everything was cold but the French fries. I ordered a Cheddar Club, thrown together and my side was cold also. We had been out in the cool/cold weather at softball games and were wanting to warm up. When I go there the service and food are really great but this time, No. We came in, it was only a few people waiting on a table. So we gave them our name and they told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait for a table, so we said ok fine. So we told them we were going to sit at the bar. So our time came and went, so we asked had they called us they said yes, but we heard nothing. So they said we can clean a table off in the bar area, that was fine. Waited 30 minutes to be seated when I counted 14 open tables. When finally at the table, it was 12 minutes before server showed up. That was after my wife had to go find a manager who was camped out in the back. The entire crew from the host, servers, and management acted like it was social hour for them. Food was good but we saw where they started seating everyone at once. So the kitchen got slammed after we got our food.
Great lunch! Quick and easy! Will definitely go back
Today's visit was disappointing. Jared's service as great but the food was not so great. My steak was a little overdone and my baked potato was room temperature. While the food still tasted good, it wasn't awesome as I've been used to when visiting this restaurant.
