RecommendedNot liking that Spasagna is no longer on the menu, Please leave the Dijon Chicken and Mushrooms as a choice I for one get that ever visit, Sweet Wife did like the Barbour Porkchops since the Spasagna is gone. Great waiter Jared, be back soon!
My family and I frequent the Hendersonville location quite often. Tonight, the overall service is the worst experience that we've had. Since finding out earlier this year that the company was sold, the quality of food and service has declined. The waitress was semi-terrible and extremely slow, non attentive. It took 30 min to get spinich dip. If your server ask "how is everything" she should stop walking to hear the answer. The food was horrible. Truly disappointed by the experience. Loved the food and friendly atmosphere with my family. So many dishes to choose from and so much food to eat. I had to take some of mine home to eat later
Employees are horrible at customer service. Waited 5 and a half minutes on the phone to place a to go order. Then got there and wasn’t greeted by the bartender (with no other customers) for another 5 mins. Used to live this place. Not so much now.
Never seat a family with a toddler at a table, booths are easier for everyone.
Everything! So sad they took POTATO SKINS and SPASAGNA off the menu! Please bring them back!
We go there most every Friday. Don’t see same servers very often. But Service and food always good. And always have to get a to Go Box!👍
The food service is horrible. I went last night and we had to wait 2 hours for food - an hour to be seated and an hour for food. Horrible! The manager could have been more helpful!
Such a great selection. Usually have leftovers. Everything is fresh. Service is great. Only negative is sometimes the air conditioning is a bit cold so have a sweater handy.
