I don’t usually write bad reviews, but tonight I felt the need to do so. We stopped in for our last meal of vacation. The restaurant was barely half full but we chose to sit in the bar area. After waiting about 10 minutes a young lady came and said she wouldn’t be our waitress but took our drink order. Our waiter came about 10 minutes later and took our order. RecommendedThis was my first time to eat here. Staff were very friendly, didn’t have a long wait, and food was great! If we ever get down that way again we will be back
This place is trash. We waited 10+ minutes for drinks and over a half hour for apps. The service was garbage and the entrees were very very below average.
No service not good after around 45 minutes waiting for our foods deliver to the table cold not a good there at 6:30 and at 8:55
Long wait for wrong orders, both. Missing item on both orders, told one would be taken off ticket since entrees had arrived, it was not removed, then hostess said I thought I brought it. She didn't even come to table to bring anything. Under staffed, slow service, burnt when received.
I never write reviews, but after our experience here at the Hendersonville location, I felt like I needed to. We went there for my daughters 10th birthday because it is her favorite and that is where she wanted to go. When we got there at 4:15 for a party of 7 on Sunday afternoon, we were told we had to wait for 45 minutes. There was NO one else waiting and tables were open everywhere. Sister & I had not been to Cheddars in a while. We wanted a steak, but tight on budget. Ordered 6 oz. Sirloin.....it was so amazing, so we decided we also needed a piece of their Chocolate fudge cake. It was awesome too.
