I called twice yesterday to see if I could make a reservation for 12 people. Was told that I couldn't but they could accommodate our party. When we arrived we were seated at two booths that couldn't hold all of us. The whole time, there was a private room that wasn't being used. Also, our waitress told us she couldn't handle such a large party so she had another waitress take half the party which lead to confusion. Everyone got their food but my moms boyfriend hos was wrong .... they said they remake it but everyone got done eating so he said f it just take it off the check i dont want it.... the manager tried giving him a 5$ gift card like wtf?!?! He gave it back .... 7 of us ate there last night and we wont be back .... how do you give a 5$ gift card? You cant even get a coke with that!!! I've been talking about wanting to eat at Cheddar's for the last few weeks now. Well yesterday after watching a movie at the Regal, I took my fiancé there for the first time and he loved it! The food was amazing! The waitress was really sweet and the service was great as well! We will definitely be back soon!💖
We didn't have any problems with anything. Our waitress was great,the food was awesome. Just wish Winchester had something besides fast food
The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Our sever was Freedom we have had her before and she is fantastic! Always a great experience !!!!
Poor service! I order onion rings and I ask for ketchup and the waitresses didn't bring it to me until I was done eating and had to ask for the ketchup twice and had to ask for a tea refill. Will not go back.
Food was delicious ! Always like the different choices !
