I usually get the ribs but just found an all new fav, the Philly Cheesesteak! It was killer!!!!

This is my favorite place to eat. However had the worst experience ever this evening. Took almost 1 hour to get food. Then it was wrong and cold. Went to replace it and it was another 35 mins. Over 2 hours later and still not right. The manager was not even in the know and didn’t care either.
Well, me and my family love Cheddars. But on Saturday January 13 2018, the place wasn’t crowded at all and it took almost 45 minutes to get our food. We was getting up to leave, and here came out food. But overall, Cheddars has awesome food, very clean environment, and very polite waiters and waitresses.
I've eaten there several times and always had exceptional food and service. UNTIL I took my husband there for lunch on Dec 27.... His food was good and mine tasted good but there's gotta be a better way to serve half a sandwich besides flopping it on a piece of paper! And the service was HORRIBLE. I'd finished my water before our meals even arrived and couldn't get our waitresses attention to get more until she brought my husband another glass of water when his 1st had barely been touched!
