Love the food! Service can be “iffy” just depends on which waitresses are working!
Tasty food, great service and excellent atmosphere at phenomenal prices. Whether you want a juicy steak, tender ribs, a fat burger, chicken strips, salmon or one of their great salads Cheddars has something for you. If you need a date nite, time with family or a work gathering Cheddars fits the bill providing an amazing value which it’s why it’s one of my favorites. Really bad experience. Waitress was not prepared. Asked for items 3+ times. I got the wrong meal, had to eat it anyway because she said that’s what she wrote down. Was charged for right and wrong meal. Took forever to get anything including corrected bill. Won’t go back. Her name was Amber.
4th Cheddars in 3rd different state (Indiana, Tennessee and now Kentucky.) I have to say the success and reputation of this establishment is Awesome. Great food, Great service.
The restaurant is INFESTED with gnats!! The corporate office should shut this location down until the infestation is destroyed. Cheddar's used to be my favorite restaurant. I WILL not go back there until the bug issue is corrected.
