Although we were about cheated was charged twice for my steak they overcooked it I like mine medium so they have to ring it back in as recook somehow I was charged again then I have coupon promo for Free 5 piece chicken tender they tried to charge for that too our waitress was very sneaky and sly I looked over our ticket good thing I did so beware of the Cheddars off of Man o War other than that the food was delicious and they give you plenty of food great food
I love your food but I didn't care for our waitress. There was 5 adult. I had a coupon for a 5 piece chicken and one of the other girl had one. We ask if we could use them both, since we were paying on two separate check. She said she didn't know she would ask. Never heard anything more about it. I ask another waitress about she said she would get with out waitress. Again nothing else said about. It a 45 min drive to your restaurant. I don't get to go to often. Love Cheddars!! Beautiful place and awesome food!!! Service was awesome!!
Food was very good but have noticed the chicken strips keep getting smaller also the sweet buttered carrots have been removed from the menu. We had a pretty good waitress and the wait wasn't too long .
The food was delicious! There is no denying that. BUT the service wasn't the best. The waitress wasn't the friendliest. She seemed as though that she had to be there. The kitchen got the other two people in my parties lunch wrong. Once for one and twice for the other. When we were done, the waitress dropped off our checks and didn't even ask if we needed a to go box, f$*! you, or have a nice day. We had to ask for refills and we had to ask another waitress for a to go box. Food was great, but service sucked.
