Good food.....great prices
The Tulsa location service today was horrible. The manager did not resolve the problem nor was he concerned about it. More customer service training for everybody starting with the manager. The Dallas/Fort Worth locations are much better with customer service. Will never return to the Tulsa location again.
Cheddars use to be my favorite restaurant. Me and my family went to eat the other day. The sides of the table were very dirty, with dried food on them. The silverware had dried food on them. On our appetizer the chips were stale. Chicken tenders were so over cooked. It was bad all the way around.
Had my first eat out at CHEDDAR’S today, the atmosphere comfortable and pleasant despite the overcrowded waiting list that filled the doors and out into the parking lot. A waiting list for over an hour, but well worth it for this being my first visit. I want to thank my wife and stepson for taking me there and of course, LIZ our server who was very attentive, helpful, and courteous, had a passion for her job, and our desires as customers.
