Good food.....great prices
The Tulsa location service today was horrible. The manager did not resolve the problem nor was he concerned about it. More customer service training for everybody starting with the manager. The Dallas/Fort Worth locations are much better with customer service. Will never return to the Tulsa location again.
Cheddars use to be my favorite restaurant. Me and my family went to eat the other day. The sides of the table were very dirty, with dried food on them. The silverware had dried food on them. On our appetizer the chips were stale. Chicken tenders were so over cooked. It was bad all the way around.
Had my first eat out at CHEDDAR’S today, the atmosphere comfortable and pleasant despite the overcrowded waiting list that filled the doors and out into the parking lot. A waiting list for over an hour, but well worth it for this being my first visit. I want to thank my wife and stepson for taking me there and of course, LIZ our server who was very attentive, helpful, and courteous, had a passion for her job, and our desires as customers. Not so great but you will eat there anyway because... This restaurant is the benefactor of a prime location. It is right in front of Tulsa's only IMAX Theater, on 71st Street right next to 169, surrounded by Tulsa's best retail shopping and several Hotels. The prices are good and the food is even better.
Great food & service FOR THE PRICE!!! You cannot beat Cheddars prices & the portions they give are incredible. Also, the wait staff are very friendly. Yes, there is typically a wait, but it's worth it & it's pretty quick when you look at the number of the people they get in & out of the restaurant.
Great place! – Highly Recommended. Great food and great prices. Service was prompt. Very casual atmosphere comparable to Applebee's or Chili's. Better food, however. Overall experience was great!
I can't stop going back! Not only is the food great with huge portions, but I love the atmosphere and am always surprised at the individual attention I receive. I will say that some times I have to wait a while for a table, but it is worth it to me. PROS: great food and good service CONS: always on a wait
