Called in to go order at 12pm. Arrive at 12:20. 4 out of 5 plates are ready. We are told "just waiting on the burger." We check our food and part is missing. 25 minutes later we finally have all of our food and the bartender just walks off without me paying for the meal. We get her attention and OFFER to pay for the food and get a receipt and my card slammed back down rudely in front of me to sign. Food is good but TERRIBLE TO GO SERVICE.
Waitress was wonderful but food was not as good as it has been in the past.
Ordered the 1\2 rib and chicken with broccoli and the Mac and cheese. Ribs were burnt black and m\ch was cold and dry. Took so long to get our order ( my daughter and I ). The waitress was wonderful ( Cheyann ). She was cleaning up messes fr another. The chicken tasted different, not as good.
Love Cheddars but after a very long drive and checking into a hotel accross the street we tried to call in an order to go and the phone was off the hook. We walked over and placed our order to go, my favorite, Dijon Chicken and Mushrooms with two sides. Got back to the hotel and my fault for not checking but still mad, it was missing the mushrooms and the rice..... too tired after a long day to go back and only 40 minutes until close.
