The food was fine. When I asked for my check and a to go box, my waitress brought the check but had to go back for the box. After waiting for the box, she dropped it off and instead of taking my payment she went and took an order for a table of 10, making me wait another 10 minutes to pay and leave. The food was not good enough to overcome the waiting to pay.
Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap ( of which I order most times at cheddars), it had no buffalo sauce whatsoever, order corrected "supposedly" I got it to go because I had to wait so long after ordering the first time that i was just ready to go. Once I got home the chicken still had no buffalo sauce and it was chewy. On top of that my daughters food was so cold that she refused to eat it and it's usually her fav dish! Such a waste of time and money!!!
OK, not great, but not bad. Traveling on business and it is close to the Hampton Inn.
We visited a past favorite place to eat tonight but were quite disappointed. Three of our party, including the birthday boy, received their food 25 minutes after the rest of us. And this was delivered only after the manager had been made aware because she saw the well charged steak which was supposed to be medium being returned to the kitchen. Sadly, a usually enjoyable experience has left us to rethink visiting Cheddars again soon. ��

Very, VERY disappointed. This used to be one of my favorite places but it has gone down hill! This is the second bad experience I have had recently. I ordered to go before I went into Walmart. Got my stuff at Walmart, checked out, and went to pick up food.. we got there and still had to wait for my order. When we finally did get my food the fries were cold and soggy , and they forget part of my order!
Went for dinner and the cheese melted was broken but my waiter made sure I got my cheese fries. And I had been thinking about cheese fries all day! Food was great. Our waiter was great!
Waitress was very personable and attentive, but the wait for food and quality of food was disappointing. We were told the "melter" was not working, so they subbed queso on our appetizer. That was not good idea. The cheese on the Philly cheesesteak looked to be melted with a dessert butane torch. It was hard and burnt in places. My husband did not finish his sandwich, because of it.
