Came to this location for lunch at 12:50, we got our food at 1:55. Our waiter Victor was amazing. He noticed after 15 mins of us not having our food that he needed to get a manager. A manager didn’t come for over 30 minutes later. I understand it was a Saturday at lunch time but you should be prepared, and an hour is unacceptable. We get our food and our soup is cold. Waited 1.5 hours for food, both steaks come out over cooked and they forgot one of the sides.
We had a party of four, Friday night, Dec 29, 6:30 pm. Was told approx. 30 minute wait (tried to call in, but were told that call-ins were no taken on weekends). After 45 minute wait, we started counting empty tables and there were five, three in one section. We asked how many parties were ahead of us and were told 9. We left. There were four girls (hosts) hanging around the check-in podium. No on-duty manager in site. WHY? WHY? WHY was there that many empty tables and no effort to sit parties in them? I ordered a steak , well done, with mac n cheese and a baked sweet potato and it was delicious. I also had the pain killer and it was delicious, I would recommend this to anyone. I wasn't too fond of my steak because it wasn't cooked just like I like but it had a great taste and was not tough! I loved it!

I said I wasn’t coming back here again but I’m here. Drinks were watered down. Shots were margarita mix not shots. Waited 1.5 hours for food. 8 people sitting at the table. 6 had to send food back. Example ordered the BARBECUE CHICKEN QUARTER and HALF RACK OF RIBS. What came to the table.. chicken tenders and ribs.... and the waitress argued us down about what it was supposed to be. Great American/TexMex style food. I chose one of their lighter menu items and expected the meal to be skimpy. I had the salmon and not only was it cooked perfectly, but I was pleasantly filled after eating. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive as well. Also the restrooms were clean which is a big deal in my opinion. I recommend this restaurant.

Horrible customer service the waitress literally threw out receipt at us ! Waited way too long and my food was nasty �
