HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Pulled up to speaker in drive thru to place our order and the employee stated “give me one minute”…..we waited at the speaker for nearly 10 MINUTES. Then went to order inside bc it was taking so long, only to be told they had no ice for us to fill our drinks. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
Waited way to long
Food was great as always. Only a few minor gripes. Asked for a light amount of ice in my beverage, there was a ton of ice. Also the dude on the intercom didnt even ask if I what size order I wanted. It was a black man. I believe his name was Sean, according to the reciept at 1:00 a.m. Seemed like he just wanted me to hurry up and go, even when I paid at the window. The guy needs to work on his customer skills a bit.
Absolutely the best fries of all fast food restaurants.
Food tastes really good since they stopped using soy oil. It's worth a try.
