Since this was a new location compared to the one on rhawn Street. I thought it would be a better experience with better quality food. however it's the same people with the same shitty quality food, stale fries, cold burgers, incorrect order all the time, extremely rude staff, alternating open and closed hours. one time I went there and the fries actually tasted like chemicals. Edit 9/6/2206 Still garbage, horrible service, they treat you like your bothering them. Fire them all and restart....

I am writing to report extremely poor service today. I believe the staff member demonstrated discriminatory behavior. Despite my explicit request during ordering to have my items packed in separate bags, she failed to do so. Furthermore, she lacked basic hygiene awareness and attempted to handle food without gloves, before rudely telling me to separate the items myself. It made a huge oily mess EVERYWHERE!!
