They are very helpful
They were helpful. They met us at our budget which was nice and we had the van shipped to us. We were pretty far away but even with a few cosmetic issues that weren’t disclosed it was a good deal. They didn’t tell us that the radio didn’t work and there were a few more interior cosmetic things than we expected. But so far still a good deal mechanically and for the miles. The person I spoke was forcing me to make a down payment went it wasn’t it needed because the company was losing money with the car I was interested in. We didn’t continue with the sale because i refused to make a down payment that they were forcing me to do when I have a good credit score.
