They tried to charge me $300 to change the covers on 2 outdoor GFI’s, that I really didn’t even need to change But I did so because the electrical problem I thought I was having was really just a switch that had been turned off. The tech was actually very friendly and helpful, and the upgraded GFI’s are great. But the cost is excessive and certainly was not disclosed in advance. I’m from 1500 miles away staying at Geiger Key! I had a low voltage issue at the campgrounds receptacle I was told 2 times it must be my equipment. 2 gentleman came out today 12/30 and originally said the same thing but once they investigated a bit further they realized it wasn’t.
