Suggested a lot more work than what needed to be done. Did not want to put my child under general anesthesia so we sought a second opinion. New dentist saw fewer cavities and said cavities were not that big and able to start the filling process at the initial appointment with just laughing gas.
I took both my girls today for the first time here and I was really happy about how this entire office treated us. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. Dr. Cheatham was great with my kids, including my two year old who cried the entire time but the Dr was very calm and spoke softly to her. Thank y'all for such a great staff!
Our daughter had to have a dental procedure this morning, (at a surgery center) when the Doc came out to tell us how things went, we didn't hear our number (it was a very loud and busy place) so the nurse told us he did everything we had talked about and things went well and we would receive a phone call later in the day. I was expecting a call from one of his assistants, but no we got a call from the Dr himself to check on our sweet girl. I was very impressed and happy that he took the time to call us.
I have been taking my kids since they were old enough to go see Dr. Cheatham and staff. You have been so great to my family. Thank you for all you do.
