Arilo was awesome. I fixed my computer and two printers to work. He came to my house and physically worked on them. My printer was not connecting to my computer when it did before. I tried everything to get it to work again, but nothing. Arilo came, cleaned the computer, got the printers to work and even set me up with an anti virus to protect it.
