cheap lands is a great company. i dealt with Jeremy the land acquisition specialist and i got sweet deals! the properties were in Mississippi and Arkansas and I sold some and made money on them. it was a good experience. A++++

Cheap Lands is an awesome Company Very helpful Always there if you need them. All The staff at cheap Lands are Amazing very helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone which is looking into buying property. There's plenty of Âchoices on different properties from big or small. The company will do what they say. Thumbs up to Cheap Lands your awesome.

This is a great company to business with. I travel a lot in regards to moving trucks and I have helped out basketball teams in regards to coaching, so I was looking for cheap land in a good location. I happened to get some Arkansas properties at a good price, one in particular was in Texarkana since I travel from Dallas, TX to Little Rock, AR often. Thanks! -Willie

Eric is a great business and I have personally met him on 2 occasions- when he was traveling between Florida and Arkansas- and we met in Florida in Palm Beach County. I own a busy trucking business and Eric has found me multiple properties that I have purchased and some that are pending to be purchased as well. These include properties in multiple states. I have known Cheap Lands for a long time as I bought some homes for them and I intend on holding them for the long term- and then maybe making a profit down the road... In regards to the properties, they needed some work but I am handy and was able to fix it up real nice. Thanks for being great to deal with- many thanks and blessings.
