This is a great company to business with. I travel a lot in regards to moving trucks and I have helped out basketball teams in regards to coaching, so I was looking for cheap land in a good location. Eric is a great business and I have personally met him on 2 occasions- when he was traveling between Florida and Arkansas- and we met in Florida in Palm Beach County. I own a busy trucking business and Eric has found me multiple properties that I have purchased and some that are pending to be purchased as well. These include properties in multiple states. I have known Cheap Lands for a long time as I bought some homes for them and I intend on holding them for the long term- and then maybe making a profit down the road...
