Excellent service. Excellent communication with Jeremy. I was a little scared to give money and it wasn't real but I investigated everything. At BBB they have an A + score. I called the county of my land and all the information was correct. The numbers were perfect. I recommend them 200%. I bought 3 land and I am happy with the purchase. With a desire to build. Of course I will buy from them again. Thanks Jeremy and Erick for everything. Success and blessings

What Cheap Lands has to offer is honestly a mixed bag. It's so much fun picking out properties from them. The house I got from them is an antique treasure, with minimalist traditional architecture, an updated foundation, wiring only 20 years old, and conveniently located near a community college, several stores, and a hospital. It was LITERALLY a steal. I couldn't have located my first home without them. I'm thankful everyday that I chose to do business with Cheap Lands.

cheap lands is a great company. i dealt with Jeremy the land acquisition specialist and i got sweet deals! the properties were in Mississippi and Arkansas and I sold some and made money on them. it was a good experience. A++++

Cheap Lands is an awesome Company Very helpful Always there if you need them. All The staff at cheap Lands are Amazing very helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone which is looking into buying property. There's plenty of Âchoices on different properties from big or small. The company will do what they say. Thumbs up to Cheap Lands your awesome.

This is a great company to business with. I travel a lot in regards to moving trucks and I have helped out basketball teams in regards to coaching, so I was looking for cheap land in a good location. I happened to get some Arkansas properties at a good price, one in particular was in Texarkana since I travel from Dallas, TX to Little Rock, AR often. Thanks! -Willie

Eric is a great business and I have personally met him on 2 occasions- when he was traveling between Florida and Arkansas- and we met in Florida in Palm Beach County. I own a busy trucking business and Eric has found me multiple properties that I have purchased and some that are pending to be purchased as well. These include properties in multiple states.
