At first this all seemed too good to be true. But we are now property owners. Working with Jeremy was a delight. So easy from start to finish. I think we bought it Thursday or Friday. By Monday, a public record search reflected our ownership of the property. We are so happy. We will keep this company in mind for future dealings.

Excellent service. Excellent communication with Jeremy. I was a little scared to give money and it wasn't real but I investigated everything. At BBB they have an A + score. I called the county of my land and all the information was correct. The numbers were perfect. I recommend them 200%. I bought 3 land and I am happy with the purchase. With a desire to build. Of course I will buy from them again. Thanks Jeremy and Erick for everything. Success and blessings

What Cheap Lands has to offer is honestly a mixed bag. It's so much fun picking out properties from them. The house I got from them is an antique treasure, with minimalist traditional architecture, an updated foundation, wiring only 20 years old, and conveniently located near a community college, several stores, and a hospital. It was LITERALLY a steal. I couldn't have located my first home without them. I'm thankful everyday that I chose to do business with Cheap Lands.
