They made an appointment with me for an estimate on a Saturday "between 10am & 2pm". Not sure why they gave such a big time gap for an estimate. I even called them to firm the time up at 10:30am on the day of the appointment. I gave them the home phone number to call in case a need arose. They never showed up & never called! When I tried calling at 2pm, no one picked up the phone. The website said the office was closed. I had an appointment with the company on Friday July *** and was told they would be at my house some time after 12 noon and took the day off. I called them at 2 pm just to confirm they were still coming. I was told by the girl on the phone they have no way of contacting their crew to get any information. Well they never showed up nor did they have the courtesy to call me. I tried calling the office there was no answer only a recording.
