I called the dealer and spoke to him directly. I took a test drive, but the car was not what I wanted. We drove another car which I didn't buy. The dealer was great to deal with, very nice and helpful.

This vehicle sold before I had a chance to test drive it, but the dealer did follow up quickly after my initial contact AND reached out on his own after it sold. Also asked what else I may be interested in and offered to call should the right vehicle become available. Only holding the 5th star until an actual transaction happens, for, as they say, the proof is in the pudding.
