Worst experience with a “doctors office” I’ve ever had. They are unreliable, don’t answer the phone half the time, you can be calling for 2 days without a call back. They can’t keep providers for more than 4 months it seems like a revolving door. This place should not be in business. Oh, and good luck getting them to send in a prescription without 2 weeks notice. Complete and utter nonsense.
CHD is completely unreliable. This has been the worst few months of my life, and CHD couldn’t care less and big surprise, all branches are like that. I made 3 appointments over and over again just to have them cancel on me, and then I would try and reschedule and the next available appointment was in a month. They said they would fill my meds, nope they never did. I now have a private psychiatrist that got me in within 1 week of calling to schedule my first appointment. Completely inconsiderate of people’s time. Showed up 15mins early only to be told the clinician isn’t there after 30mins of additional waiting. Unprofessional.
Does not do the bare minimum such as fill prescriptions on time, respond to patient notes, keep you on consistent medications with consistent providers. If you’re on medications that require consistency in administration, then this clinic is not a reliable option. On 4 separate occasions within one year have they been late on refills for my prescriptions. Not days: weeks. If your medication is critical to your survival, do not go here.
