I've been with chd for several years! Sarah is my therapist! She does a remarkable job! I always feel refreshed after our sessions!
Despite the therapy being helpful the receptionists gave me too much anxiety to ever return YMMV
Ive been at chd for almost two years and there always changing my provider it took me two years to get a therapist im really struggling with my depression and anxiety and I just need a more consistency I think am gonna look for other options
my experience with CHD has been a joke. I've been trying to get services and they're telling me that they don't do telehealth but they do video chat and I'm telling them that I can only talk on the phone and I feel comfortable that way and I have done it with them before then they're telling me they can't find anyone to do that so they rather me continue with my condition and not be helpful bc they are selfish don't waste you're time they don't take your mental health seriously
This is not the place to go if you want reliable medication refills or support with figuring out how to navigate the system or how to get well. Telephone staff is not helpful, if they are even there and nurses are always blamed for any issue. They are in a shiney new building but the service is mostly nonexistent. I'm very concerned about the community's wellness.
