Every hair appointment should be a whole experience like this. The most beautiful relaxing setting of any hair salon I have ever seen and everyone was so kind and went out of their way to treat you so special. Rigo Ortiz did my hair for the event which turned out great and he was just delightful to chat with. So unexpected that a visit to a hair salon ended up being a major highlight in our trip. Just got my first cut today with Gabino and also had my first experience at Chaz Dean Studio. Frankly, I am kicking myself for not coming in here sooner. I'm not the kind of guy that's very good about articulating what I want to do with my hair, nor do I have a lot of patience for styling. But of course, I want to look good. Gaby is an amazing colorist! My daughter was off to college and had her hair done by Gaby, and it looked phenomenal! Gaby was so sweet and very professional. She listened to my daughter and what my daughter wanted to achieve with her hair. My daughter felt heard. Asked my daughter to bring in some photos of what she would like her hair to look like and actually did a thorough consultation with her for the best outcome.
