I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chaves. The office is spotless, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I felt completely at ease, and everything was explained clearly to ensure I was comfortable throughout my visit. Mona Lisa was also very warm and helpful, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this amazing team!
Took my grandma here for her appointment and the office was really nice! The office is clean and welcoming and staff are friendly. Dr. Chaves was incredible and my grandmother really liked him! Mona Lisa was incredibly helpful and sweet as well!!! Both of them took really good care of my grandmother and made her feel really comfortable !
I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chaves and it was a quick procedure. Everyone tried to make me as comfortable as possible and checked in on me while the procedure was happening. Lisa in the back office has been helpful with my Invisalign treatment process and very easy to talk to about any questions I have. Overall, a lot of the staff greet me with welcoming smiles and hellos. Very friendly and Liza and Stephanie are helpful when making appointments and with general billing questions.
This office has a very friendly atmosphere. The staff is wonderful, including Lisa, the Invisalign technician. She has been very thorough in her approach and helpful for my questions.
