Really appreciate the quick service getting my a/c up and running again in this summer's heat. Very nice service person, super efficient. Thank you.
Very professional, on-time, and performed the work as efficiently as possible
Long time, Customer, always had them service my heating and air conditioning. Even have them install a new furnace and hot water tank a few years ago. This time, however they didn’t diagnose it on the first visit, and had to have somebody else come and diagnose it on the second, which turned out to be an electrical problem. Then I had to get an electrician. I asked for a credit back and they said they would look into it. I never did hear anything back
The repairman did a good job of replacing insulation. However I thought the price was high given the cost of materials, which was the insulation on exterior pipes.
This visit was for annual maintenance & Chaves again more than lives up to its excellent reputation. Technician Arthur was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable & thorough, finding & fixing a small problem that will extend the life of an aging system. Couldn’t ask for anyone better!
