For the past year I have had some very extreme gi issues that I almost passed away from. All I'm trying to do is find a dr to help me get healthy again and back to my life. This dr was extremely mean and not understanding. How he has been in business for as long as he has, I do not know. Would not listen to what I had to say, when I was able to get a word in he made me feel like I was incompetent with not a clue what I was talking about going through. Highly recommend finding someone else.
Good luck trying to get through to them on the phone! What a joke this place is. Heaven forbid a med prescribed to you is making you sick, you can't get anyone on the phone to help change it. The place is smelly and gross. Very, very, very unprofessional place!!!

PATIENTS BEWARE! This person is a shame. How can he sleep at night? Unprofessional, doesnt care for patient health feelings. Out to steal from medicaid.
Terrible! Talks to fast and is sooo much in a rush. Doesn't care about patients. All about the money. By far the worse doctor I've ever been to. BEWARE Oh and bugs in the office! How can there be bugs in the office? It's winter!!!!! Dirty place. Unfriendly staff. Absolutely terrible GI doctor
I felt very comfortable with him. Help alot with my Insurance when they was giving me problems. He got the job done he dont play games. I feel he is a great Doctor and does a well job. I give him praises for what he did for me. Thank you so much Doctor. Joseh king
Dr. Chavakula comes into the office with an air of superiority always accompanied by a young female intern. I am having intestinal difficulties and I feel uncomfortable talking about these disorders, especially in front of a young lady. He completely ignored my feelings. I underwent a stressful procedure that required me to fast for two days and was never allowed to see the results. When asked if he could help, that I was feeling miserable he told me he doesn't do miserable and walked away
