RecommendedI love Chautauqua Health and Fitness so far. The fitness trainers and instructors are very friendly, polite, nice, so helpful, and easy to work with. There are tons of classes to choose from to take and variety of classes. They also have variety of machines and weights thats you can use. You can do personal training in a group od one on one.
