Best gym ever! I love my training. I have met some awesome friends including my trainers. The trainers are so patient and guide you in every way, working around your limitations if u have any. Group training is the best no matter what your fitness level is. There is great equipment and enough of it so there is always something to do. Rarely do you ever wait for a piece of equipment. I feel so comfortable going there and recommend it to everyone! CHFit rocks! 💪🏻❤️
The Silver Sneakers classes are so much fun!
