This was my first time coming with my three kids and We loved it. We got there at 9am and all three were finish by 10:15. The staff is very nice and the office was very clean. 10/10 highly recommend!
As a mother, bringing your children to the dentist is so intimidating. I have 3 kids and finding an office that is willing to accommodate each of their needs isn’t easy to find, but we found it here! The staff is excellent. Everyone is extremely kind, and you can see the effort they make to make each patient comfortable. The communication they have with the kids is so rare to see and I have been beyond impressed with the way they’ve taken care of my babies. 12/10! Also to add, it’s so clean in there!
We switched it up and chose a new pediatric dentistry office much closer than Hixson, and I cannot say enough good things about Chatty Kids!!! Everyone was so kind, we showed up thirty minutes early and they had us back immediately. The entire check up process was smooth and they explained every step patiently to keep my little dude relaxed while I finished up paperwork, and he was finished in a matter of minutes.
