I had a very disappointing experience at Chatters Hair Salon last week . I spent a lot of money on a haircut, but the result was not what I asked for. I specifically requested a front layer cut, but the stylist only cut flicks in the front, which is not the same. The haircut does not suit me and nobody likes it. I’m very unhappy with the service, especially considering how much I paid.
Tried 3 stylists before finding Kaitlyn. Takes direction well. Flat irons so sleek. She's great!
Our appointment was at 2:30. We didn't get done til 8:00and my hair looked the same as it did when I walked in.
I’ve seen Amber twice now, once for a haircut the second time for a balayage. I’ve never been so cared for especially with my long hair that’s thick. She has done an amazing job both times, and I will keep going back. She genuinely cares about her clients and I appreciate how much she puts into her work.
I had an appointment at this salon for a balayage and spent $400, and I am incredibly disappointed with both the service and the final result.
