I got a haircut from Michelle yesterday and she did an AMAZING job ! 😄 she cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it and was also super sweet and friendly!
Have only experienced retail space, very helpful staff and great return policy with receipt for product. Convenient location inside mall. Lots of parking and always have full product selection available. Excellent staff in retail space selling and assisting customers!
Christine provided wonderful service and the two little girls I brought in for haircuts left with their wavy hair beautifully freshened up. Christine was very professional and kind.
Second time using this salon, first time was booked with rachel and the cut was great, but the second time I was booked with Alex. I asked her specifically for NO layers and walked out with layers, very blunt layers. Going to go else where to have it corrected.
I had the most amazing experience here today! I am so pleased with the services I had by Rachel! I have a hearing impairment and I have a hard time going out places sometimes but I felt so comfortable and rachel was extremely accommodating. I booked online before going in and I was a little confused on which buttons to press as I was going to trim my hair and cut bangs for the first time.
