I had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had with stylist Terra. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. My regular stylist, Kim (who is wonderful), was off sick, and I wasn’t sure when she would be returning. I was reassured that Kim’s colour formula was saved in the computer, so I wasn’t concerned. Michelle does the best job of cutting my 4 year olds hair! She’s quick, friendly, and does an exceptional job of making his hair look so trendy and adorable!
A little late on the review, but I am still trying to find someone to fix my hair from my appointment back in October. I booked with the master stylist and when I arrived, she had double booked. I was asked if I can reschedule (5 mins before my appointment started), and as I was leaving for my vacation the next day I was unable to. They let me book with another stylist (after so much attitude from the original stylist) that day but an hour later so I accepted that as I was out of options.
