Came in to purchase products that didn’t work for me at all, despite me asking for help and describing my hair and concerns. It was obvious they’re pushing a certain product that had me very confused. I was told I can exchange or return as long as i haven’t used more than 20% and within 30 days. I got the minis becauce I haven’t tried the product before but the scent was very chemically nauseating. Loved my haircut! The stylist Purva did exactly what I wanted and it turned out great. Super friendly vibe and I’ll definitely be coming back.
I called in to see if they had a time available for a quick trim and they were so kind about fitting me in. Once I actually got there my hairdresser Purva was so kind and thoughtful about making sure I got the haircut I was happy with. The whole experience was amazing and I was so happy with the haircut. Purva was also kind enough to thread my eyebrows as well and I loved them too. I would 100% go back for my next haircut.
If I could give one million starts to Chatters at Fairview, I would. I was two days away from leaving for my honeymoon and my hairdresser cancelled my appointment with no backup. I was panicked and called so many salons to see who could fit me in for a last minute appointment. I learned a hard lesson to never make a decision about your hair in a panic. I got a keratin treatment for the second time, and it's amazing! My hair is so sleek, glossy and looking healthy again. Johannah, my stylist, is the best! She's attentive, and she made me feel comfortable the whole time.
