I got hair cut done from their most experienced stylist and was highly disappointed. One cannot even judge haircut was done. I would never go back.
I booked an appointment online for 11am on a Sunday. Not long after I received a phone call saying the stylist would be changed as they had asked for the day off but they had another stylist available at that time. I showed up at 11 and was told my stylist wasn’t open for service until 1 and asked if I wanted to rebook. I had a party to attend at 1pm hence the appointment. Got a keratin treatment done by Shanti at Chatters and my hair is so smooth, sleek, and frizz-free! Shanti was wonderful and gave me great aftercare tips to keep it looking fresh. Highly recommend her!
Today was my first appointment at Chatters kitchener. It was a fantastic experience. The staff, Purvi over there is highly recommended. Very sweet girl and totally replicated the hairstyle I wanted. And the result was way more good than i imagined. Also gave me good suggestions regarding the hair care.
