Very disappointed with this location. First their system let me schedule an appointment during off hours. I burnt gas and showed up and no one was there. They didn't even bother to reach out until 2hrs after the store opened. My business obviously matters. Today they called because they could not commit to my appointment due to a colour gone wrong. I honestly can’t thank Tabby enough for what she did to my hair! My hair had so many different colors and was looking so damaged and messy but she completely transformed it like magic!
