Not usually one to leave negative reviews, but went in on a dead Monday evening (5:15 pm) and was not greeted, or spoken to, or looked at by three employees. Store was empty apart from me and one man who needed help and had to go to cash to ask for it. What were the Black Friday deals? Couldn't tell you a single one. Went to cash, one girl passed my nail polish to the other girl, I was rung through, not told about BOGO on my $20 nail polish, and still have no idea what the sales are. Had a horrible experience at this location with a colour and a cut. Both were terrible. Would not recommend.
LOVE THE GIRLS. ALWAYS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. FREDA U ROCK!
The stylist cut twice as much length as I asked for, the face framing layers are uneven by an inch on one side, the cut looks like something you would give a twelve year old, the seat was covered in the previous clients hair, and she repeatedly whipped me in the eyes with my own hair. I've learned my lesson, I'll stick with my usually stylist who is very inconvenient to get to but well worth the trouble.
Emily was amazing- she was so kind, caring and went above and beyond to do my hair and extensions! Thanks again Emily- chatters is lucky To have you ♥️
