The stylist cut twice as much length as I asked for, the face framing layers are uneven by an inch on one side, the cut looks like something you would give a twelve year old, the seat was covered in the previous clients hair, and she repeatedly whipped me in the eyes with my own hair. I've learned my lesson, I'll stick with my usually stylist who is very inconvenient to get to but well worth the trouble.

Accidentally got gum in my hair while shopping, they were able to get it out fast and without having to cut my hair. Great service
!DO NOT GO! I visited Chatters after having a consultation where I was assured that going from my dark dyed brown hair to an ashy blonde was achievable or that we would get super close within one appointment as “I would lift well”. Trusting their professional opinion, I proceeded with the service when I was then told after the bleach was on my hair that I was “reasonable and had reasonable expectations”.
