Andrew was extremely helpful in finding out the problem I was having with my Elnita 120 sewing machine.
I recommend this store to all of my FB embroidery friends! The store is laid out very user friendly for a novice like myself and the staff were beyond kind! I specifically worked with one of the owners Josh and I'm glad I did. Turns out, he had everything I needed and at a fair price! Embroidery machines can be very pricey. Beautiful store! Great selection, owners and staff were very friendly and helpful! They are VERY knowledgeable about the machines they carry and all their capabilities and are more than willing to take the time to explain them to you. I recently drove 3 hours one way to get a gently used Janome Memory Craft 15000 from them and she spent so much time showing me everything. I learned a ton. She went above and beyond!
