I've had to wait at least 3 hours for someone to come get my keys out of my car. I've had to call several times because no one is bothering to contact me to let me know what's going on. My insurance company finally just called someone else because CSS said that traffic was too heavy. I live in suburban Kennesaw. Trust me when I say there's not heavy traffic until 5/6 pm. Horrific service, would rather walk home than wait for them.
