This was my first experience with renting a house and I was very nervous. Luckily, CRR was patient and even guided me a bit. They’re kind people that will make sure you get what you want and need. If I needed something done with the house like a repair, they were on it. They’re responsive and respectful. Kathy and Jenny are the ones that helped me through everything and if you have the pleasure of meeting them, you’ll be in great hands!

I toured a home a few weeks ago and wanted to lease it. I contacted the agents that showed the home about filling out an application, with no response. It took more than a week to get a response, and when they did respond it was to say someone had applied before me. Long story short. That cycle continued and I was unable to lease the home. Unprofessional at best.

The agent was a no call/ no show to our viewing appointment. I waited for an hour and left her 2 voicemails hoping to reschedule ( I was very excited about this property!) and never had anyone return my calls.
