Kathy Robinson did an amazing job as the buyers agent for the purchase of our new home in Hixson. Carmen Patty is the best realtor I've worked with. She really listens to what you want and is trustworthy, always on your side and honest. She also makes herself available to her clients whenever they need her and very responsive. The whole process was a lot easier for us in both buying and selling because of the Chattanooga Property Shop and Carmen. Would recommend!
We moved from St. Pete Fl. to Chatt. Tn. We found Carmen Patty by chance and feel so incredibly lucky that we did. She was amazing with communicating, she was honest, and she understood our needs and what would fit us best quickly. We had some bumps in the road purchasing our home, no fault of hers, and she navigated us through them perfectly to get us into our home that is better than we could have hoped for.
