We have been restoring and repairing games for over 12 years , what started as a garage hobby has turned into a global business with games shipped all over the planet. Most games have been warehoused for decades and have had who-knows-what living in them, so every game we sell gets broken down, cleaned, and sanitized inside and out. Terri fails to say in her review she ordered 2 pinball's to be restored and we restored the 1st one and that is when she came in and changed her mind on the 1st one that was done and had us start over on the Taxi pinball machine. The ramp she say we stole is still here waiting on her to pick up like she told me she was going to do and never showed. I am sorry she thinks we did her wrong but we did the best we could to make her happy and there was just no way of making her happy. Sorry Terri
We had a horrible experience with Chattanooga Pinball Co, My husband wanted to get me one of my favorite pinball machines for my birthday and Dale showed us a 1988 Taxi that he said he could make look "fantastic" and would play "good as new" It would only take two weeks. We kept calling and there was always "something else" that they had to do to the machine. When we went for inspection, there was NOTHING done to the cabinet. Bought a classic pinball machine from the 1980s from them. They were very professional and fixed the minor damage incurred from a 150 miles transport. Overall, when they were finished, the machine worked as if it were brand new. The technicians treated the machine like it was their own and they spent over an hour reviewing basic troubleshooting with me. They even gave me their personal cell phone numbers if I had any questions or problems. I will definitely buy another pinball machine from them.
Got the best deal in Chattanooga, checked the other stores and no one had the selection that Chattanooga Pinball had. Their staff was great and my arcade game is super cool. LOVE IT and cannot wait to buy another one from them. Keep up the good work Chattanooga Pinball guys
Taken for a ride. Paid $225 and still nothing was fixed. Im pretty sure if you cant figure out what is wrong with something after 3 hours at $75.00 an hour, you need to hang it up. Not to mention I was told I would have my transistor board back in a week, not 3 months. Sure wished I would have read all the problems this owner had before I called them. THUMBS DOWN
THANKS CHATTANOOGA PINBALL – My husbands birthday was coming up and had no ideal what to get this man who has everything. I ran across Chattanooga Pinball and ordered 5 old arcades and a pinball machine. I have never purchased anything off line and spending that kind of money was very nervous but Dale made it easy. Best Gift Ever – Got a great deal for Christmas and my husband loves it. He never expected getting a game from his youth. I could not of asked for a better company to deal with and Kevin was great. He helped me thru the whole thing. I cannot say enough about these guys they made my husbands Christmas.
