RecommendedMy fiance and i went on a tour tonight. this is the first one we have ever went on and we will definitely be coming back. we learned alot about chatt and its haunted history. definitely recommend this to anyone and everyone check it out!!
I went on a tour tonight with some friends and had a really good time. Out tour guide Jack was funny and informative. Not in only that but we captured a few interesting photos. The ones at the sanitarium seem to have two girls and a man in a suit who moves closer and closer to the window in different pictures and the underground ones have a face that moves from picture to picture.

I need to go down there soon to check it out. At the sanitorium, where exactly in the picture are you seeing the 2 girls and the man in the suit? I want to make sure I'm looking in the right place.

My husband and I had a great time on this ghost tour!!! Jessica was a great guide, very informative, and full of charisma!! We loved it and can’t wait to bring out friends back.
This was my first time on a ghost tour. Dale was great!! He is very knowledgeable of the history of the locations and explains how and why each area came to be haunted. I even have a recording of a voice on our last stop! Very creepy! Anyway, I definitely recommend this tour.
Had a blast and learned a ton of new things about Chattanooga. That Newell building is the creepiest!
It was a lot of fun! We ran little late, but it was worth it!
Jessica was a great tour guide. She gave no f...k's.
WE had a blast with Dale! It was amazing! We even saw a spirit!
