I remember the days when both of my parents served on the board. Primarily my father Clair Harpster though. He was a CPA in Chatsworth. Where my mother created the Police Activity League, PALS, with then Chief of the Los Angeles Police Department, later State Senator, Ed Davis. Alot of interesting people always came and went. I also remember one of the last 4th of July's that you all put together over at CSUN! The Captain and Tonielle, husband and wife, duet songwriters, musicians, & etc. performed right before the fireworks... read more
