theres a lady at the front not mrs kathy and not the older lady... it's a register lady with long hair that always watches my kids like they're going to steal something. She also told my oldest (4 year old) not to talk to her. Shes never in a good mood and is always complaining about having to work the "busy" shift. I leave in a bad mood everytime she rings me out. I dont understand why she still has her job.

I love this place. The employees are down to earth and friendly. It can get very busy and they do the very best possible!

The old lady was so rude omg. Driving to Durham for the Scrap Exchange is worth it. Never again.

Business response:

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience at the store. I've passed along this comment to upper management. As a parent volunteer myself, I hope you'll give us another chance. The teachers and students of Chatham County really appreciate your donations.

It was my first time to this location to drop off some clothes and other goods. The woman working at the counter was extremely rude to me and to another customer before she started speaking with me. I will not be going back to this location.

Business response:

I'm sorry that this was your experience. I've passed along this information to upper management. As a parent volunteer myself, the schools (teachers and students) appreciate your support. I hope you'll give us another chance.

Love the store at Siler City! Ladies are all excellent, great finds- great prices. I just wish plus size was on sale a little more often.

I shopped here for the first and last time today. The woman at the counter was quite nasty. I will take my business elsewhere.

Business response:

Sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience. Have passed this along to management.
